| I'll let you know what I hear, but I should clarify that I am not involved in the project personally (though I'd love to be). I just worked with S.P. Flanery in another film, so I get his updates.

Do you happen to know if it is going to get a theatrical release this time? I know the original one did last year but I don't think it did in the beginning. I would really love to see this on the big screen. Thanks for the news Burnley and we (I) look forward to the updates.

| I have to confess I didn't even know who Sean Patrick Flanery was until after a few days of working with him, someone asked about actors in the film. When I mentioned his name, I got a reaction like, "You don't KNOW him?! Didn't you watch Young Indiana Jones? Have you seen Powder or Boondock Saints?!" I hadn't seen any of them, but have seen the two films and a few others since. I also recognize him on television shows from time to time. To answer you question about the BOONDOCK SAINTS sequel, I would assume since the video press release mentions Sony Pictures Studios it would be planned as an initial theatrical release based on the almost cult popularity of the first film, but I could be wrong given the "new media" options out there. I'll find out what I can, though Sean Patrick Flanery and I aren't exactly "phone buddies". (He will, however, likely show up on my new reel--WHEN I get it done.)

| Not sure. I just checked back on the MySpace message I received, and the video still works. Could be the way I copied the link, but if you saw it originally, I have no explanation. Checking the MySpace origin of the video press release, it came from "The Official Boondock Saints" before it was sent to me. Maybe they have a MySpace page, I don't know. Sorry. I also got info via bulletin from Sean's publicist (I suppose), Wendy Shepherd - MovieVine.com. If I can get more information, I will let you know.

Sidenote: In checking Matthew's question, I realized Flanery also has another project in the works: SUNSHINE SUPERMAN. Apparently he wrote it and may even be directing. I remember getting the "friend request" but you know how that goes, you can't check out every profile you receive requests for. MySpace drives me a little crazy for that reason. I think I just added "SUNSHINE SUPERMAN" when I saw S.P. Flanery's name attached to the request. Again. We shot a film together almost two years ago. I touched him, and he touched me, we talked some, sat in a porch swing together, I petted his dog...but we are by no means best friends. Just passed the original info along because I've come to realize BOONDOCK SAINTS has quite a following.

Or maybe not. Here's a strange turn of events: I got a second bulletin from Wendy Shepherd (Flanery's apparent publicist/assistant) with the same video press release from Duffy making the announcement after I posted the original link. I just went back to MySpace to check, and BOTH bulletin posts are GONE. Weird. Maybe Duffy released the information too soon and/or there are some legalities involved that has made them get quiet about the sequel. I'm just glad a couple of you saw the video before it was deleted, else I'd think I was crazier than I think. Outside that, I have no further information. I'll let you all know if I see anything else. Edit: Whew! I just looked back at the link Dave posted and saw that the video I received was at the bottom of the page, so now I KNOW I am no crazier than I was last week. Still, I am a wee bit uncomfortable with being described as "someone who knows" Flanery. Thank GOD they didn't quote my subsquent post about touching him and petting his dog. (We all know by now how my brand of humor can be misconstrued.)

| I definitely seek infamy. After all, see my quote below from Oscar Wilde. Didn't he say something "famous" about "infamy"?...

| I've always viewed infamy as a 12-step program. So what step are you on Burnley? Have you made amends with everyone you've wronged in your quest for the title?
